• Evaluate client's Information Systems (IS) environment.
• Prepare gap analysis to identify issues, risks, and differences between current processes and revised processes.
• Resolve all issues identified in gap analysis.
• Document future state processing.

Setup & Train

• Tailor training with MasterTax to focus on client-specific needs.
• Work with users to perform system setup, data mapping, and configuration.

Integrate

• Plan and manage the evaluation and development of interfaces:
• Payroll Tax Summary
• Reconciliation Tax Summary
• Accounts Payable
• General Ledger

Test

• Identify and confirm testing approach.
• Work with IS to establish test environment.
• Conduct testing.
• Resolve issues identified during testing.

Implement

• Execute cutover to MasterTax and new processes.
• Support implementation go-live on site.

Review

• Conduct post-implementation review with users.
• Resolve issues.
